These are printed on 100% cotton fabric, and come pre-cut with the edges hand-painted to help reduce fraying. The sword embellishments and “pips” are raised (3D) and painted in metallic gold. So as they can be applied to the shoulder boards from a wide range of manufacturers (some whose shoulder boards can not be unbuttoned or opened), these come ready for you to slip over, around or onto your particular type of shoulder board, and then can be permanently sized with some quality fabric adhesive applied to the side flaps where they overlap on the backside.
