Here’s our 1:6 scale German large field dressing. It is a cloth exterior (100% cotton) – just like the real item and filled to simulate the bandage inside. These were carried by troops as part of their gear and were also part of every Field Medic’s bag. This is for 1 (one) item, two are shown in the picture for the purpose of showing the front and back.
