Here’s our 1:6 scale Rebel flag patch from Cowboy’s helmet cover from the movie, “Full Metal Jacket” (with centered B&W image – some people believe it to be an image of a confederate Civil War officer, but even from the poor examples of the image on line you can CLEARLY see modern style of glasses. Many other people believe erroneously that the image is that of Buddy Holly – but it is not. I thought that because Cowboy was a southern redneck that perhaps it was an image of one of the southern governors opposed to desegregation, but I couldn’t find an image similar, so until someone can tell me who it is in the image, I have used an enhanced black and white image of Roy Orbison – LOL)
